For remote locations, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

💰 Shipping Charges

Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
Orders below ₹999 may have a standard shipping fee of ₹79–₹129 depending on weight and destination.
COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may include a small additional fee.

🧾 Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.
You can track the order directly from our website or via the courier partner’s site.

📦 Packaging & Sustainability

All products are packed with care to avoid damage during transit.
We use eco-conscious or recyclable materials wherever possible.

❗ Delays or Issues

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, courier issues, or festivals.
If your package is delayed for more than 7 working days from the expected date, please email us at support@glowandsip.in with your order number.

📬 Wrong Address / Missed Delivery

Please double-check your address at checkout.
In case of a missed delivery, our courier partner will attempt redelivery. If undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.
