  • All products are crafted or curated with love and care.

  • Skin results may vary depending on individual conditions and usage.

  • Our beverages are freshly prepared and are not eligible for return or resale.

  • Handloom, jewellery, and décor items are often one-of-a-kind and may have minor natural irregularities — which are not considered defects.

🔁 REFUND & RETURN POLICY

✅ Eligible Items:

We accept returns or refunds only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items under the following categories:

📦 Return Window:

  • All eligible returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

  • We will issue store credit or refund within 5–7 working days after inspection.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened skincare

  • Used or worn items

  • Café food/beverages

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or pre-booked hampers
